Heard the rumours? Well it's true! For the first time ever, Shafted in conjunction with Autosalon Car Show is proud to present, Game1 PC LAN Gaming Event.

Game1 will be running on the 4th-5th of November at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre (2 Clarendon St, Southbank). Running from 10AM on the Saturday overnight to Sunday 5PM.

For $22 you can register for a seat in a massive 300 player LAN Event including comps for all your favourite game titles. Thanks to our sponsors CNET, GameSpot and Xbox360 Major comps will have some serious prize money, be sure to register for:

* CounterStrike Source - 5v5 Single Elim
* Need for Speed Most Wanted - 4 Player Sprint
* Unreal Tournament 2004 - 4v4 Onslaught Single Elim
* Flatout 2 - 8 Player Race
* Trackmania Nations - Quali then Finals
* Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne - 1v1 Standard
* Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne DOTA - 4v4

Besides entry to the PC tourneys, you can also register for the Xbox tournament which will be running side by side with the PC LAN.

To top it all off you will have FULL ACCESS to the Autosalon event, all the tech tricked out cars, Autosalon showgirls, and exhibitors completely FREE (entry to Autosalon is normally $22 on it's own!).
