Late breaking news, to be sure, but it's official -
AMD are the official Principal Sponsors of Big Day In 2003!
That means amongst other things we'll be giving away 5 boxed 2400+ AMD CPUs at the event, and they're also helping fund the event too (these things don't come cheap!)
AMD have also been instrumental in helping us secure twenty 2000+ servers that we'll be using in the "back end" to fuel all the comps. The servers themselves will be supplied by Australia IT, "powered by AMD" cpus, of course!
Big thanks to AMD and Australia IT in helping put the final touches on the event!
